You will have to elaborate a bit on the symptoms you observe. How are you trying to access the files? Are they saved in OneDrive or locally on your computer?

Which error messages are shown, when you try to open your files?

    When I try to open a file saved on my PC, Windows tells me it can't find it at the path where it was saved. But I can find it on OneDrive. What's causing this? It's as if Windows isn't working anymore! How can I restore all my files to my PC?

    Are these files synchronized with OneDrive? Is there a chance synchronization has stopped working? For more, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/fix-onedrive-sync-problems .

    Are you able to access the files if you sign in to OneDrive in your web browser, at https://onedrive.live.com ?

    Are you able to open and edit files in your locally installed Office apps, if you browse to a OneDrive location via File > Open?

    Do your Office apps report that they have become deactivated?
