I lost my phone for MFA registration to my account. And that's the only way to login.
When i call the helpdesk it's a AI-assistent that asks all my information but doesn't do nothing with it.
At the end it say's "I'm gladd to be a help'.

Someone some magic advice.

    Hi @Hassan El Mokkadem

I noticed that you submitted your question under the Microsoft 365 for business category. Just to make sure I point you in the right direction could you confirm whether you're signing in with a personal Microsoft account (managed at account.microsoft.com) or a work/school account (managed at myaccount.microsoft.com)? The appropriate recovery steps will depend on the type of account.

In the meantime if this is a work account, try selecting Sign in another way and try any alternative verification method displayed. If none is available, please contact the IT administrator who manages your business email account and ask them to review your registered authentication methods or require you to register MFA again.

     They can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the entra.microsoft.com as at least Authentication Administrator.
    2. Select User -> All user.   Select the user (your account) to act on and select Authentication methods. then select Require re-register of multi-factor authentication.
    • Require re-register MFA: This disables all previous authentication methods. You'll then be prompted to configure a new MFA authentication method the next time you try to sign in, so you can set up from the start and add a new authenticator app.

For more details, please refer to: Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication.

Note: Once re-registration is triggered, all your existing MFA methods such as phone numbers, Authenticator app, or other verification options will be removed. You will need to set up new MFA methods during your next login. Please ensure you have access to a valid phone number or the Microsoft Authenticator app before attempting to sign in again.

Find Your Microsoft 365 Admin: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

If this is a personal Outlook.com or Hotmail account, please feel free to reply and let me know.

Hope to hear back from you soon.
