    Since Bluetooth is also failing and the troubleshooter did not help, start with the Windows Bluetooth recovery steps that also address driver and device-state problems.

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
    2. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
      • In Windows 11: Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth > Run.
    3. Check for Windows updates.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      • Select Check for updates and install everything available.
      • Restart the PC.
    4. Update the Bluetooth driver in Device Manager.
      • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
      • Select Search automatically for drivers.
      • Restart after the update.
    5. If the update does not help, reinstall the Bluetooth adapter.
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart the PC.
      • Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.
      • If it does not, in Device Manager select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
    6. If Bluetooth still fails, install the latest Bluetooth driver from the laptop manufacturer.
      • Go to the PC manufacturer’s support site.
      • Search by the laptop model number.
      • Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver for Windows 11.
      • Restart the PC.
    7. If Bluetooth devices appear but do not connect, remove and add them again.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Select the device and remove it.
      • Select Add device > Bluetooth and pair it again.
    8. Check the Bluetooth device battery if using wireless audio devices.
      • Charge the device fully.
      • Turn it off and back on.
      • Try pairing again.
    9. If Bluetooth worked before a recent update, roll back the Bluetooth driver.
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter > Properties.
      • Open the Driver tab.
      • Select Roll Back Driver if available.

    The context only provides supported troubleshooting for Bluetooth. It does not provide verified steps for the Wi‑Fi failure or the built-in speaker no-audio issue in this scenario.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Can you tell me which update you tried to install and uninstall multiple times?

    Was it KB5129195? This update has a known issue related to audio.

    Microsoft released an update that mitigates the issue, but without Wi-Fi, it won't be suggested. So, I think it's a good idea to resolve the Wi-Fi issue first.

    Regarding the Wi-Fi, please check the following:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
    2. Click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
    3. Expand "Network adapters";
    4. If the Wi-Fi adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check for an error in "Device Status". If you see an error under Device Status, please share a screenshot.
    • If you can't identify your PC's Wi-Fi adapter, share a screenshot of the network adapters.
    • Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.

    Also, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.

    Looking forward to your reply.
