How do i directly log someone out of my minecraft java?

my account was compromised about a week and a half ago now, i have wiped my computer and gone to a new installation of windows. by doing this i am pretty sure, they should be logged out?

however i keep on coming onto minecraft seeing my skin changed, and my user name changed

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated since i am really stressed about this.

If you can regain access to your account successfully and have logged out of all devices, the next steps I'd suggest is to update your password and change security information as soon as possible.
