I was charged $152 for microsoft 360 and it does not reflect after a week showing the subscription? it does not show in my account or my partners account and we do not know if this is a legit charge? we cannot contact anyone at microsoft so if anyone knows how to talk to a live agent please let me know your secret as this is super frustrating and we cannot even see when our subscription is due to renew? so weird

Sorry to hear about this. Since the $152 charge does not appear under either Microsoft account, could you please confirm exactly how the charge appears on your bank or credit-card statement? You do not need to share any card numbers or personal information, but the merchant description shown next to the charge may help determine whether it was billed directly by Microsoft or through another provider.

Please also check https://account.microsoft.com/services and https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders while signed in to each Microsoft account that you and your partner may have used, and let me know whether any Microsoft 365 subscription or matching order appears there. Also, was the $152 charge a completed transaction or is it still showing as pending on your bank statement?
