My copy of Office19 vanished 2 days ago (I personally did not delete it). The Program line in Drive C shows Office, but has no further entry under it. There is a separate line now in Programs for Office15. It has an entry for ClientX64 and under it are 2 entries, Integrated Office Application 5,238kb

            Office Click to Run Application 5, 238kb
```If I delete one of the last 2 Application lines and download the other, will it replace my missing Office Program?
    Microsoft has long had a confusing naming convention.
    Office15 refers to Office 2013. Office14 refers to Office 2010. Office12 refers to Office 2007.
    Office16 refers to Office 2016, 2019, 2021, 2014 and Microsoft 365 installations.
    Go to your Microsoft Account under the subscriptions tab.
    At the bottom should be products you have purchased. Install to your computer from there.
    P.S. On my computer those files show up at 4558 Kb.
    Office15 typically refers to Office 2013 components. The context shows an Office15 folder is usually under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15.
    The sizes shown in the question are 5,238 KB for each of these applications:
    • Integrated Office Application — 5,238 KB
    • Office Click-to-Run Application — 5,238 KB
    Deleting one of those application entries and downloading or running the other is not a supported way to restore a missing Office installation.
    Supported actions from the context are:
    1. Check whether Office is still installed in Settings > Apps.
    2. If Office is listed, repair it:
      • For Click-to-Run: select Online Repair > Repair.
      • For MSI-based installs: select Repair > Continue.
    3. If Office is no longer on the PC, reinstall Office by following the reinstall steps for the Office version.
    4. If there are multiple Office versions on the computer, uninstall the versions not needed, because multiple versions can cause issues.
    If Office 2019 disappeared, the supported recovery path is repair if installed, or reinstall if missing. Manually deleting Office15 application files is not the documented replacement method.
    This was caused by a bad update. I suggest you remove the update before re-installing your Office 2019.
