Just comes up with error when I try to instal microsoft office on my Mac

Bought microsoft office license on the 8th Sept. Cant instal on my MacOS Tahoe version. Why is this. Help please and live agent if possible

    Also, which specific release of Tahoe? Version 26.7 is the most recent.

    If your MacOS is Tahoe, there is no problem indicated with your OS version.

    Please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing.

    What version of Office have you purchased, is that a subscription to Microsoft 365, or a standalone version of Office 2024, and if so, what version of Office 2024 is that, is it Home, Standard or Pro Plus.
