I'm not able to access Azure Portal any more after I have removed my Subscription. I'm trying to login with my personal account but that fails. It keeps asking me to enter a code from my authenticator. But I'm not receiving any requests on my Authenticator App. I'm still able to login to dev.azure.com but I'm not able to login to portal.azure.com. I'm trying to contact support but I have to enter a ticket via the Azure Portal on which I cannot login. Can anybody help me? Azure portal reports the error below.

Because it is a personal account there is nobody else who can login or add a new user.
