All previously available cards are gone from Indian Microsoft Rewards at this point!

Hello people,

Lately I've felt as if the 19k Microsoft Reward points I've gathered over time is just useless.

Last time I recall the other cards being there was over 5 months ago. For a while the cards stated they'd be restocked. But now, the cards aren't even in the store, stated as no longer available. And the only available gift card? Overwatch, and it's not even in stock. That's how it has been for months.

Honestly, it seems as if India just is given partial attention from Microsoft for Microsoft Rewards. I've seen many people contact Microsoft with no response.

I have a question. If they aren't selling any product through Microsoft Rewards, and haven't for months, why does the service still exist in India? The only reason one would sign up for this service is to later buy gift cards or other products, but now it's more like a "Hey, you use Bing, here is worthless currency" thing.

All I really want to know is why the service exists here if it doesn't provide the user ANYTHING, and if they'll ever even sell anything here. That's all.

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

Some rewards are either out of stock or unavailable in your region at the moment. There is no official announcement on when they will be restocked or become available again. Moreover, for further assistance, it's best to contact Microsoft Rewards support, as they specialize in this matter. You can reach them through the link below:

Microsoft Rewards still exists in India because Microsoft Rewards is available by region, including India, but the offers and redemption catalog vary across regions. The service itself is still supported there even when specific gift cards or other rewards are unavailable.

    What is supported:

    1. Rewards availability is regional. India is listed as a supported Microsoft Rewards region.
    2. Redemption options can change by country/region, and some gift cards are not always available.
    3. Microsoft does not provide details on when specific gift cards will be restocked or removed.
    4. Popular rewards can go out of stock, and some may not return immediately.
    5. If a reward is missing or unavailable, the current guidance is to check the Redeem page regularly and, if needed, contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

For the current situation described, the documented reasons rewards may be unavailable or orders may be cancelled include:

    • the reward is out of stock or unavailable
    • redemption catalog differences by region
    • redemption issues caused by VPN use, VoIP numbers, or redeeming in multiple regions

To check what is currently available:

    • Open the Rewards dashboard.
    • Go to Redeem.
    • Review the currently listed offers.
    • If an order was previously placed, go to Order history to check its status.

If the concern is that almost nothing redeemable is showing in India, the available guidance is to keep checking the Redeem page and submit a request to Microsoft Rewards Support for account-specific help. There is no published timeline in the provided material for when removed or out-of-stock rewards in India will return.
