Errore di geolocalizzazione e blocco regione sul riscatto

Gentile assistenza Microsoft,

Vi contatto tramite il mio account (******@gmail.com) perché non riesco a riscattare il premio dei Robux.

Il sistema mi mostra l'errore di geolocalizzazione: "we are unable to validate your location using geolocation verification" e mi dice erroneamente che mi trovo all'estero.

Vi confermo che mi trovo fisicamente in Italia, non sto utilizzando alcuna VPN e ho già attivato i permessi di posizione sul mio browser. Chiedo gentilmente una verifica tecnica sul mio profilo per sbloccare la mia corretta area geografica e permettermi il riscatto.

Hi there! Since you’re physically located in Italy and have already disabled your VPN and enabled browser location permissions, I’d suggest trying to redeem your reward using a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito window. Also, make sure your device’s location services are enabled.

If the error persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards Support directly at https://rewards.bing.com/support  so they can investigate the geolocation verification issue on your account.
