Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Hi GLADSON MATHEW,
I'm sorry to hear your account was compromised. I can understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you've already spent a week submitting recovery forms, attempting password resets, and trying to reach support without success.
Unfortunately, Microsoft Q&A is a public community forum, and neither community members nor moderators have access to customer accounts or the ability to connect users directly with the account recovery team.
If the account recovery form has already been submitted multiple times, there is no alternative verification process available through this forum. Account ownership can only be validated through Microsoft's official recovery procedures.
It's also important to note that even if you are able to reach a live support agent, they typically cannot bypass the account recovery process or manually restore access to an account. They must rely on the same account verification and recovery procedures designed to protect account security.
If you submit another recovery request, I would encourage you to provide as much accurate information as possible in the account recovery form. The more details you can provide about the account, such as previously used passwords, folders, contacts, subjects of recently sent emails, billing information, or other account activity you can confidently verify, the better the chances of demonstrating account ownership.
I realize this is probably not the answer you were hoping for, but if you have recently submitted another recovery request, I recommend allowing time for that request to be reviewed and responding to any emails you receive from the recovery team. If you gain access to additional information that can help prove ownership of the account, be sure to include it in future recovery submissions.
I sincerely hope you're able to regain access to your account soon.
