Error Keycode for Office 2019 - PIN-INAPP-INVALIDPIN-8

Hi there,

I'm trying to get help to resolve this common issue it seems.

I've purchased Microsoft Office 2019, and the product key too but the message I receive is this - PIN-INAPP-INVALIDPIN-8.

I'm trying to contact support but I'm unable to reach them unfortunately. The link for support seems to direct me to my Godaddy log in page for some reason.

6. Was the key provided on a physical card, or was it delivered digitally by email?
