MS ID is used by Pearson Vue and the easiest way to get this is to start with an exam on your Microsoft Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab and select View details on provider site to access the Pearson Vue dashboard https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/schedule-through-pearson-vue?action=1 expand the navigation bar and it will at the top-left of the screen
