connecting an external camera to my laptop

im tring to connect my obsbot meet 2 webcam to my laptop by usb-c but its not connecting its not a hardware issue as i have tried it with another laptop and it works, i have also updated the usb drivers and the Graphic card driver.

    To be able to assist you better, please clarify the following:

    • Are you plugging it directly into the laptop, or going through a USB hub or dock?
    • Are you using the original cable that came in the box?
    • When you plug it in, does the camera LED light up or make the Windows connection sound?
    • Does anything show up in Device Manager (either under Cameras or with a yellow warning icon)? Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager" to open Device Manager.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

    Good evening. Please make sure to connect the devices directly to the computer's USB port—do not use a hub. Download and reinstall the drivers, and enable the necessary permissions in Windows by pressing Win + I -> Privacy & Security -> Camera and turning on all permissions.

    Restart your computer and test the devices.
