I deleted my Microsoft account and now my MS Office 2019 license is gone! I can't find my product box!

After deleting my Microsoft account months ago, all of a sudden I cannot use any of my MS Office 2019 products. I wasn't aware that Microsoft associated the license with my account. Even though Customer Service can see that my old account has the license associated with it, they can't give me my license back. Any ideas?

I'm afraid there is probably no good news. :-(

If the account is permanently closed, it won't be possible to reopen it, unfortunately. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/reopen-your-microsoft-account.

When you purchase a Microsoft product or service, it always becomes associated with a Microsoft account. This has been the case for years. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/what-is-a-microsoft-account . (Note that it is easier to find information about accounts and subscriptions, as these are favored by most software companies these days.)
