Hi, @Robin Lopez

If you purchased Microsoft 365 Personal or Family through your employer’s Workplace Discount Program, you do not need a product key. You install and activate it using the personal Microsoft account used for the purchase.

Please try these steps:

Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the personal Microsoft account used for your purchase.
Find your Microsoft 365 subscription and select "Install". Open the downloaded file and follow the installation prompts.
Once installed, open Word and sign in with that same account to activate it.

If the subscription is missing, check your Order history. Adjust the date range to include your purchase date.

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

What exact product name appears in your purchase confirmation email?
Does the subscription appear under "Services & subscriptions", and is an "Install" option available?

If Microsoft 365 was purchased through the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program, the install and activation flow depends on the product type:

For Microsoft 365 subscriptions, use the Microsoft account associated with the purchase to install and activate. Go to the Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page and sign in with the account used for the purchase.
For Office Professional Plus, Visio Professional, or Project Professional bought through the Workplace Discount Program, a product key is required. To install:
1. Start an Office app such as Word, Visio, or Project.
2. In the Sign in to set up Office window, select I don't want to sign in or create an account.
3. Enter the product key without hyphens.
If the product key cannot be found, use the Workplace Discount Program product key retrieval page referenced in the install guidance.

Also, the full product key is not displayed within Office, and Microsoft 365 product keys are generally not shown online except for certain older Workplace Discount Program purchases.
