I have a brand-new HP 6152 Envy printer that I've set up numerous times now. I can print from my iPhone and iPad, but it won't print from my HP PC. It did at one time, but just stopped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled printer several times to no avail. Unplugged it, router, anything I can think of. It worked several weeks ago. It shows up in my devices and is set to default printer. Very frustrating because I do a lot of work on my PC.

This issue occurs when the PC cannot communicate with the printer due to a driver conflict or incompatibility. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:
Remove/add the printer from the settings:
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & scanners
Click the printer and remove it
(Restart your printer)
Then add the printer again by selecting "Add device"
