my bing isnt giving me bing star bonus correctly

Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,

I believe there may be an issue with my Bing Star bonus tracking.

My Bing Star bonus currently shows only 100/3,500 points, despite my continued active participation in Microsoft Rewards and regular use of Bing for genuine searches.

My account currently shows:

• A 32-day daily streak

• Daily Set activities completed regularly

• Ongoing participation in Rewards offers

• Normal search points earning correctly

The Bing Star page currently shows 100/3,500 and also shows "Earned last month: Pending."

Last month I earned approximately 3,475 Bing Star bonus points, so the current tracking appears significantly different from my normal experience.

Could you please review my account and verify whether my Bing Star bonus is tracking and calculating correctly?

I have attached screenshots of my Rewards dashboard and Bing Star bonus page for reference.

The screenshots show that normal search points are still earning, but the Bing Star bonus panel is showing 100 / 3,500 and Earned last month: Pending. Account-specific review and correction of Rewards tracking is handled by Microsoft Rewards Support.

Relevant checks from Microsoft Rewards guidance:

1. Make sure searches are being done in good faith and spread out through the day.
2. Do not use bots, macros, rapid repeated searches, or tricks such as spamming letters or numbers.
3. Do not use a VPN or try to earn from outside the current market/country.
4. Confirm the correct Microsoft account is signed in and browser data is syncing correctly.

If those conditions are already met and normal search points are still posting while the Bing Star bonus remains incorrect or stuck at Pending, submit the case to Microsoft Rewards Support for account review:

I was supposed to go from 480 to 1200 then when the month changed and I got the bonus points for everything else I didn't get anything from the bing star bonus and was just told to submit at ticket. No reason why it should have gone down on the last day as I've been doing the exact same thing since I switched to using Edge as my main browser and now only use google if bing doesn't have the answer I'm looking for, after they introduced the bing star bonus in August. Although my total completion that I can earn is 2100, not 3500 and I had a 708 day streak.

But you mention being able to see

Where in the menu can you see that the page is telling you that you have been searching correctly?
