Purchasing Dev/Test Kits for a QA Company

Good day, we recently created our Dev account here under our other company (Pinnacle Operations). We do have an affiliated company (Elevated Play) that also has a Dev account. I was wondering how we can complete our account so we can order Dev Kits to test for our clients. The reason why we registered our other company (Pinnacle Operations) is because some of our clients are under this instead of Elevated Play. Hoping for your assistance. Thanks!
