Dear Pearson VUE Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a thorough review of a proctoring decision made during my recent exam session, which unfortunately resulted in an erroneous revocation. Microsoft Customer Support has advised me to reach out directly to your team, as Pearson VUE handles exam delivery and proctoring investigations.
While I was deeply focused on attempting my exam, the proctor closed my testing window under the assumption that I was using a mobile phone. I wish to sincerely assure you that this was entirely a misunderstanding. As a professional software engineer, I hold academic and professional integrity in the highest regard. I did not possess, access, or use any cell phone or unauthorized helping materials at any point during my session, and I strictly adhered to all OnVUE testing guidelines.
To resolve this matter transparently, I humbly request that your investigation team review the video and audio recordings of my exam session. I am also completely open to a rigorous, 360-degree re-scan of my testing space if required.
Since the session was interrupted through no fault of my own, I kindly request your support in either reinstating my exam progress or issuing a replacement voucher so that I can reschedule and complete this certification.
