    Hi @Joao Santos ,

The compute scale operation appears to be stuck in a provisioning state. As an initial step, please review the Activity Log and confirm whether the resize operation is still running, has failed, or is awaiting completion. Additionally, check Resource Health and Service Health for any platform events that may be affecting the PostgreSQL Flexible Server in the target region.

If the operation remains in the same state for an extended period and no progress is observed, please share the requested details in private chat.

Avoid submitting additional compute resize requests while the current operation is still in progress, as concurrent management operations can cause further delays or conflicts.

Based on the symptoms shown, this appears to be a stuck provisioning/update operation rather than a PostgreSQL engine issue. Reviewing the operation status and deployment details will help determine whether the operation is still processing in the backend or requires further investigation.
