Default clicking windows icon to open all apps

Is there any way of making it so when I click the windows icon in my task bar, it defaults to the "All Apps" page? I have nothing pinned as I basically deleted half the crud windows installs, and I don't like having pinned things. After doing this, I expected the pinned section would go away, just like in windows 10, but it's still there just blank. As well, I also have show recent files disabled. So when I click the start icon, it is completely blank and worthless until I either start searching or click all apps. If it defaulted to go to the All Apps page, then I would absolutely love to make use of clicking the start button, but I can't find a way to do this. Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

Windows 11 new design is to bring out the concentrated workflow by neglecting the vast app list when you click the Windows logo. This feature as been added as an advancement of Windows 10.

Based upon users experience and input it might change the layout or bring an option to switch between two layout . So you can use the feedback Hub to raise this and hopefully noticed by Microsoft.
