I cannot able to see the teams presence in New Outlook inside the AVD

I cannot able to see the teams presence in New Outlook inside the AVD while I can see in the classic outlook inside the AVD without any issue. Just the New outlook is the issue

yes, both are signed in with same account. Presence Missing for most of the users.

Can you see Teams presence in Outlook on the web within the same AVD session?

No I cannot be able to, when I open the contact card I can able to see the presence there. But not beside the username

Does presence work in New Outlook outside the AVD environment using the same account?

Yes, it is working fine outside the AVD environment.

What operating system and version is the AVD session host using?

OS is windows 11 and Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session with windows verion - 2009 os builder 26200

Based on what you shared, the issue affects both New Outlook and Outlook on the web inside AVD, while New Outlook still works correctly outside AVD. Therefore, this is more likely an AVD rendering, browser/WebView2, profile, policy, or session host issue.

I suggest trying these troubleshooting steps:

1/ Update the AVD components

Ask the AVD administrator to update New Outlook, Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, Microsoft Team and, if needed, Windows cumulative updates

2/ Repair/reset New Outlook

Please follow the steps in this article, Repair an Office application | Microsoft Support, to repair/reset the Outlook app

3/ Test with Outlook on the web in InPrivate mode

If the issue persists, please test it inside the AVD session to see if it works:

Open Microsoft Edge in an InPrivate/InCognito window and go to Outlook on the web.

Sign in and check the same sender or recipient.

Temporarily disable browser extensions if any are installed.
