    Hi, @Sally B

Do you mean cancelling your Microsoft 365 subscription? If so, please follow these steps:

    • Open Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account used to purchase it.
    • Find your subscription and select "Manage".
    • Select "Cancel subscription" or "Upgrade or Cancel", then follow the prompts to confirm.

If you see "Turn on recurring billing", renewal is already turned off. Your subscription will expire on the date shown without another renewal charge.

If the subscription is not listed, check your Order history. Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.

If you still cannot find the cancellation option, did you purchase the subscription directly from Microsoft or through another store?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

To cancel a Microsoft 365 home subscription purchased from Microsoft:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the subscription.
    2. Select Cancel subscription. It might appear as Upgrade or Cancel.
    3. Review the information on the cancel page.
    4. At the bottom, select I don't want my subscription to confirm.

If the cancel option is not visible:

    • If Turn on recurring billing appears instead, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown. No further action is required, and charges should stop after that date.
    • Make sure the correct Microsoft personal account is signed in.
    • If the subscription was bought through Apple App Store, Google Play, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon, cancellation must be done through that seller.
    • If there is an overdue balance, it must be paid before cancellation is available.

If the subscription page is not loading or Manage cannot be opened, try clearing browser cache and cookies, signing out and back in, or using another device/browser.

To check refund eligibility, cancel first. Not all cancellations result in a refund.
