mecexis.com is "Indexed successfully" in Bing Webmaster Tools, but site: returns zero results (REQ00321400, REQ00331576)

Hello,

Our website, mecexis.com, is indexed by Bing but is not being shown in search results. We would appreciate a domain-level review as soon as possible, as this has a direct impact on our business: our corporate website is currently invisible in Bing and in the services that rely on it.

What Bing Webmaster Tools shows

• URL Inspection for https://www.mecexis.com/es/ reports "Indexed successfully - URL can appear on Bing". The last crawl was on 27 September 2026, the page fetch was successful, crawling and indexing are allowed, and the stored HTML is complete.
• Site Explorer shows 277 indexed URLs, 0 errors and no guideline issues.
• Our sitemap index (https://www.mecexis.com/sitemap.xml, with Spanish, Catalan and English sitemaps) has been processed successfully, with no errors or warnings.
• There are no copyright removal notices and no blocks on www.mecexis.com.

What Bing search shows

• site:mecexis.com and site:www.mecexis.com return no results, in both the Spanish and the US market.
• A search for our brand name, "mecexis", shows our company profiles on LinkedIn and several directories, but not our own website.
• Search Performance shows 5 impressions and 0 clicks over the last 90 days.

What we have ruled out

• Crawling and indexing issues: robots.txt only disallows /admin, pages return 200 to Bingbot, and the canonical and hreflang tags are correct.
• Cloaking: Bingbot and regular browsers receive exactly the same content.
• AI crawlers and other bots are not blocked.

Support tickets

REQ00321400 (opened on 23 September) and a follow-up request, REQ00331576 (29 September). We tried to add this evidence by replying to the ticket email, but the address rejects external senders (error 550 5.7.133), so we have no way to add information to the tickets.

Could someone from the Bing Webmaster team review how mecexis.com is being evaluated for serving, or help escalate our tickets?

For context, Mecexis Studio SL is a custom software development company based in Manresa (Barcelona), operating since 2012. mecexis.com is our corporate website, with original content in Spanish, Catalan and English.

Based on the information you've provided, it appears that Bing Webmaster Tools is reporting that the URLs are successfully indexed, the sitemap has been processed successfully, and there are no reported crawl, indexing, or guideline issues. At the same time, searches such as site:mecexis.com are returning no results.

Since you've already verified:

This does not look like a typical crawling or indexing problem. The discrepancy appears to be between indexing status and search serving/visibility.

Because you already have active Bing support requests (REQ00321400 and REQ00331576), this is likely something that needs review by the Bing Webmaster team rather than additional site-side troubleshooting.

I would recommend that a moderator escalate the existing case numbers for investigation of why pages reported as indexed are not being surfaced in Bing search results.
