    Hi,

Do you mean downloading them from OneDrive web? If so, you don't have to download them from the web. Assuming you have the OneDrive app installed on your PC and you're signed in with your Microsoft account, simply open the OneDrive folder and you'll be able to see your images as they're synced. If the files are online-only, just double-clicking one to open it should download the file and make it available offline.

If the pictures are in OneDrive or SharePoint on the web:

    1. Open the OneDrive or SharePoint website.
    2. Select the picture files or the folder that contains them.
      • To select multiple files, select each item’s circle check box.
      • To select all files in a folder, select the circle to the left of the header row or press Ctrl + A.
    3. Select Download on the top navigation, or right-click the file, photo, or folder and select Download.
    4. If prompted by the browser, choose Save or Save As, then choose where to store the download on the computer.

    Notes:

    • The Download button appears only after files or folders are selected.
    • If the Download button disappears after refreshing the page, go up one folder level and return, or close the tab and open the folder again.

If the pictures are on iCloud and the goal is to see them in the Windows Photos app:

    1. Open the Photos app.
    2. Select iCloud Photos in the left navigation.
    3. Install iCloud for Windows from the Microsoft Store when prompted.
    4. Open iCloud for Windows, sign in to iCloud, and enable Photos.
    5. Return to the Photos app and open iCloud Photos to view the iCloud pictures.

If the pictures are on a phone and the goal is to copy them to the PC:

    1. Connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable that supports file transfer.
    2. Turn on and unlock the phone.
    3. Open Photos from Start.
    4. Select Import > the connected device.
    5. Follow the prompts to choose pictures and where to save them.

For iPhone, if prompted on the device, select Trust or Allow. If iCloud is enabled and the photos are only in iCloud, use iCloud for Windows instead.
