Hi,

I am not receiving mails sent from a spesific receiver on my Hotmail account.

I have checked my junk settings, my rules settings and everything. They are not blocked either.

I have tested on another outlook account I have, and it works there. It just doesn't work on my main account.

I can't ask them to test anything, because the sender is a company. I dont' receive anything in the spam folder or anything. I have received mails from them before, but not since 2021.

    Hi, Aisha Moghal

I can see why this is frustrating, especially since the company’s messages reach your other Outlook account. That comparison is useful, but it doesn’t yet tell us whether a new message is being sent to your Hotmail address or what happens during delivery.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Sign in to your account on the company’s website and check which email address it has saved. If it still shows your Hotmail address, change it to the Outlook address that works and request the next message there. This gives you a way to receive important mail while you investigate.

In Hotmail, check your mailbox and Microsoft cloud storage. A full storage quota can prevent new mail from arriving.

If you use a separate mail app with this account, temporarily disable POP or IMAP access and check whether a new message appears in Outlook.com on the web.

I wouldn’t assume Hotmail is blocking this sender based on the missing messages alone. The company’s account page may also show whether it has sent a recent notification to your address.
