Does my account renew in June 2027? I am receiving an invoice stating it renews in September 2026? According to my account June 2027 is the correct renewal date. Please confirm.

Thank you.

If you paid for your Microsoft 365 subscription in June this year, then your subscription renewal should not be due until June 2027.

Log into any Microsoft account you have on this link (https://account.microsoft.com/services/) and check the expiry date indicated and ensure you do not have two separate subscriptions, also click Billing on the left to check the date you paid for the subscription to ensure that is listed correctly.

Are you able to find any problem indicated with your Microsoft 365 subscription or payment processing.

The renewal date shown in the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page is the authoritative date for a Microsoft 365 consumer subscription.

Check it here and make sure the same Microsoft account used for the renewal is signed in:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page.
    2. If recurring billing is on, the page shows the date the subscription will renew.
    3. If recurring billing is off, the page shows the date the subscription will expire.

If that page shows June 2027, that is the correct renewal/expiration timing for the subscription status on the account.

An invoice can appear on a different date for billing reasons. Microsoft documents that invoices may be generated within 24 hours of purchase, at the end of a billing period, or you can receive more than one invoice for the same subscription in a month when billing periods change or when a subscription renews. Those invoices can represent different service periods.

If the account page shows the correct date but Microsoft 365 apps still show an old renewal or expiration message, close all Office apps and open them again, then sign in again with the same Microsoft account.
