Hello Alexis Sidney,
I understand your concern, especially since you are trying to prevent any interruption to your OneDrive storage.
The ConvBlockCurrencyCountryMismatch error normally means that your existing OneDrive or Microsoft 365 subscription is associated with a different country or region from the one currently being used for the upgrade or payment.
Please try the following:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page and check which subscription is currently active and where it was purchased.
- Confirm that your Microsoft account country or region, billing address, and payment method all belong to the same country.
- If you permanently moved to another country, Microsoft does not allow you to purchase a subscription for the new region while the subscription from the previous region is still active. You may need to cancel the existing subscription or allow it to expire before purchasing a new subscription in the correct region.
- Review Microsoft’s official instructions here: Change your country or region in Microsoft Store.
Your files should not be deleted immediately simply because you are over your storage limit. However, uploading, editing, and syncing may stop, so I recommend downloading a local copy of any important files while resolving the subscription issue.
I hope this helps you resolve the upgrade issue.
