I have a Microsoft 365 Personal sunscription. My renewal is showing $105.99 annually. My previous paymnt card is no longer valid because my card info has changed due to scamming. Before I provide a new payment method, I would like to verbally speak with someone to understand why my renwal amount is $105.99 when I researchd it and it clearly states that that packge is $99.99 per year....I want to confirm exactly what subscription I'm being charged for.

I also need to confirm if I'm beng charged for ONE Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.

Hello

The $99.99/year price is before sales tax. It is not possible for Microsoft to list the price including tax publically because sales tax is not the same everywhere. Looks like you are being charged a 6% sales tax in this case. Does it sound right from where you live?
