           have  e nogh points  for gift card  redeemed   amazon  10.00 dollar  card card cmes up  but cant  get credit foit  says already redeemed  but isnt and what  makes  differanc if i  havve points  please answer thanks

Hi,

Having enough Microsoft Rewards points only makes the $10 Amazon gift card available to redeem. It does not automatically add the gift card to your Amazon account.

Please check your Microsoft Rewards Order History here: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory

If the gift card shows as redeemed, select the order and check the details. You can also try the Resend option.

If the gift card still shows as already redeemed but the $10 has not been added to your Amazon account, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards Support so they can check the specific redemption: https://rewards.bing.com/support
