    Hello,

Could you please confirm whether you are having trouble cancelling a Microsoft 365 subscription or another digital product or subscription purchased from the Microsoft Store?

If you purchased the subscription directly from the Microsoft Store and are still within the 30-day cancellation period, you can cancel it from the Services & subscriptions page by following these steps:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used to make the purchase.
    • Locate the subscription and select Manage.
    • On the next page, select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

After the subscription is canceled, you should receive a confirmation email. If the purchase is eligible for a refund under Microsoft's refund policy, you will also receive an email with details about the refund process. You can check the refund status at any time from your Microsoft account's order history page.
