Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Is this for a personal account? If so, unfortunately this cannot be done. Microsoft cannot delete it because once the message is delivered, it is stored in the recipient’s mailbox, not the sender’s mailbox.
The sender does not have permission to access or modify another person’s mailbox, and Microsoft cannot simply remove a message from someone else’s account on the sender’s request. That would create serious privacy and security problems.
The only exception is Outlook’s Recall feature, and even that is limited. It requires both accounts to be Microsoft 365 work or school accounts in the same organization. If the message was sent to an external address, the sender no longer has control over it.
I am sorry.
