I have reinstalled Microsoft Office 365 as the 32-bit version to use Outlook Classic but the app doesn't start. I uninstalled Microsoft 365 twice and reinstalled twice, restarted my laptop, but the Outlook Classic version will not start. New Outlook does start but I need to open .pst files. Does anyone have a solution to this issue? Thanks.

Hi,

Have you tried opening the classic version of Outlook in Safe Mode?

Try this: type outlook /safe into the Windows search bar and see if Outlook opens.
