account recovery

I have been a subscriber with you for almost a decade, recently I have been unable to log in to my account, it seems that it was hacked by a user identified as a hacker, this is his email: ******@bibimail.net

Below are the details of my order from 2017:

Hello,

Hate to give you bad news, but hacked accounts are typically gone and there isn't a way to recover them. May want to check
