I redeemed my Points for £10 gift card and have received email to say it has been rewarded but still not have received my reward it is not on my account

Please note that moderators do not have access to Bing Rewards account information, redemption processing details, or the ability to view the redemption request. Because of these limitations, we are unable to verify the status of your redemption or investigate the associated email on your behalf.

Also, you mentioned that the email you've received said that the reward has been rewarded, usually this is an email to confirm the status of the rewards that you chose. Please check the email again for any Redemption links attach at the end of the email and try click it (If any).

If you're still unable to receive the rewards, I'd recommend contacting Bing Rewards Support directly, as they have access to the necessary account and redemption records and are best equipped to investigate your concern and provide updates regarding your request.
