Can you hold down Ctrl+Alt+Del, launch Task Manager, end all of the Chrome items.

Then try to launch it again, see if it helps.

If not, restart the computer, and try again.

If it still doesn't work, go to Settings > Apps, locate Chrome and uninstall it.
