Dear,
One of our client need to migrate 800 Users source tenant to target tenant.
We are planning to use IMAP migration in batches, Could u pls suggest the total number of simultaneous connections to the IMAP migration?
If mail size is 50G & 80G, how long it will take migration ?

Here are limitation about IMAP migration, there doesn't exist limitation on number of mailbox during migration:
About the migration speed, there doesn't exist article introduce about it. I guess it decided by the network and distance between the data center that hosted your tenant.
By the way, Microsoft provide the Cross-tenant mailbox migration (preview).
