Hi there Microsoft

its possible to build a new app for IIS 7/8/10 to use as Media Server
similar to Unreal Media Server v14.0 and add more futures as Database MySQL, MSSQL, ACCESS or other

i would like to have the app running on IIS server i have the smooth streaming installed

but its not the same as Unreal Media Server v14.0

to add new tools on the server is to limit the views for streaming
have the tool to view who is watching like countries and clients connected

and one database for easy to add on the pages video player when add the info like

Title
Age
Genre
Url streaming

i hope you guys understand

    no i know IIS its a web server and not a database

    instead having smooth streaming is create a new app for use on IIS
    similar to Unreal media server

    and have a database as MYSQL , SQL, Access or other for easy access

    and manage the videos hosted
