Sysprep on Windows10 Enterprise fails during OOBE and will not capture an Imagine using Generalize option. Is this normal for 20H2 to fail?

Am getting below Error during sysprep execution:
Error TOOL BCD: BiUpdateEfiEntry failed c000000d
Error TOOL BCD: BiExportBcdObjects failed c000000d
Error TOOL BCD: BiExportStoreAlterationsToEfi failed c000000d
Error TOOL BCD: Failed to export alterations to firmware. Status: c000000d

I'm also getting these errors from the setupact.log after Sysprep finishes:

I believe this is also the cause that Sysprep fails to complete a generalized imagine of Win10, Does anyone know of a fix that will solve this problem. I've tried all of the other solutions and nothing works. Any help is helpful to fix this error. Thanks!!
