Modern Authentication does not work on outlook2013

In the Modern Auth under Org settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, all options are ticked.

We have also follow the microsoft tech to enable modern authentication for outlook 2013. "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/security-and-compliance/enable-modern-authentication?view=o365-worldwide"

But the modern authentication for outlook 2013 still does not work. Kindly help

    Modern auth needs to be enabled client-side as well, in the case of Office 2013 you need to be running at least SP1 if you're on the MSI version. Check the reg keys, check for any GPOs that might be blocking this. Make sure to remove any stored credentials from cred manager, and also try with creating a new Outlook profile.
