You're not really going to find anyone in the support forums familiar with directly using this CSP for deploying store apps and so your best path here is to open a support case.

Hi!
We are developers from a MDM and we have implemented an option to deploy an App from Microsoft Store by using the configuration service provider `https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/enterprisemodernappmanagement-csp#appinstallation on user scope.
We see the status response 200 for our request to the device, but the Windows device does not always install the App.
The biggest issue is that the device does not send any answer, whether the installation was successful or failed. Sometimes it works and the app gets installed and we receive the answer about the successful installation. So for us it seems that something is unreliable.
Do you have an idea if there's a known bug or there's something we should be careful about?
