When using the api management rest api to create/update a subscription, is it possible to have the owner id a group of people like an AD group?

Hello, @Kevin Somerville - Groups are used to manage the visibility of Products to people in the group, and the Products are then used to differentiate/categorize Subscriptions. Given how these 3 entities are associated with each other by default, you should already have control over setting up "which subscriptions belong to which group" kind of mapping effectively by way of defining Products in the mix.

Thanks I get that but it's not the use case I'm looking at. We'd like to have a group of people see reports in the developer portal for a single subscription key so we're not dependent on one team member for that. We've verified through testing that only the owner of a subscription can see reports for that subscription. Want to get an idea if we can make the reports screen usable for teams, or should leave it out of our portal altogether and look at other ways of generating reports.

I have the same question with an equal use case. We want to give large external customers access to our api's based on subscriptions in the API Management. The customer has multiple developers that needs access to the developer portal. I do not want to create subscriptions for every developer because we use the subscription id in the back-end api for billing purposes.

I'm able to create users and groups in the API management, assign the users to a group and give the group access to products. The user can sign in to the developer portal and see the api that they have given access to. Unfortunately the user is not able to see any subscription.

Is there an solution for this issue, so that i can have multiple users sharing a subscription?
