Trying to migrate a Win7 XP Mode VM to Windows 10, Disk2vhd won't run...

I came across a clever tutorial that shows how to use Disk2vhd as a workaround to do this:

However, when I try to run Disk2vhd from within the XP Mode VM (step 1.1 in the tutorial), I get a "disk2vhd.exe is not a valid Win32 application" error message.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
