RDP session constanly get disconnected

Hi all,
I have one user which suddenly have RDP session to one PC B(win10) disconnected constantly. logging and disconnected after a few seconds.
No other users have such issue to PC B. Also, this user experienced the same issue no matter what PC have used.
Can anyone help?
