Unable to move some Azure resources to another region?

Hi All,

Can someone please share some suggestion and the steps to perform the migration from one region to another region for the below items:

The above is the screenshot from one Resource group items to move into another region.

Azure resource mover enables you to move resources from one region to another depending on the resource types available in that region

I have created VM and wasnt able to move them from Israel Region to Germany... is there something im missing ?
