option 1 did the trick. turned on conference mode on the queue. a happy users pinged me on Teams that she received call from the callqueue

We have migrated to the Teams Phone System with Direct routing. One user has of a group of 4 faces an issue with callqueues and autoattendants. When the user receives a call from the autooattendant or callqueue and picks up. She does not hear anything neither does the caller. When she dials back to the caller the sound is crystal clear, same counts for direct calls on her personal number. Her colleagues do not face any issue.
