If someone facing the same issue that the designer is not loading then please follow the below steps:
- Please verify if your browser has any extension/adblocker that may cause this issue. Please disable it and test it if you still observe the same behavior
- Try a different browser/machine/network and see if it is the same behavior.
- Go to your browser console (F12) and check network traces (after reproducing the issue) and verify if there is any error/exception in the REST backend call that may cause this behavior. Capture the session ID (ctrl + alt + d) or navigate to the developer tools of your browser --> Console and capture the session ID along with your logic app name and time frame in UTC when you have reproduced the issue.
If you have confirmed that the issue is reproduced post the 2nd steps then please engage us through creating the support ticket and if you don't have the support plan then please create a new Microsoft Q&A thread and only share the session ID and time frame in UTC while posting your question and rest details need to be shared in the private comment.
