Can not sign in to my profile

Good evening,

Last week I created a education profile using my student email, but after signing in the was an error on the top of the page with the content of "This email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact support."

I wanted you to inform me what the solution is and how I can use my profile in order to logging into the applications.
