ASP .Net Web Form Application submit button redirecting to another page

We deployed ASP .Net Web Form Application into Azure PaaS. Past week or so the submit button redirecting to another page was not working correctly. Also the confirmation email sent using the O365 account using the web forms in the code behind is not working. Was there any changes has been done to stop these application to run?
